I can’t make up my mind as to which exercise machine to buy. I use the treadmill a lot but my fitness instructor says that if I’m looking for one that I can use at home then I should buy Schwinn 431 elliptical trainer. She said that by using just this one machine, I can maximize the time I work out because I will not only be losing weight but I will also be toning my muscles. The things is I do use the elliptical machine at the gym but I feel that it doesn’t fit my stride at all. It’s all very uncomfortable. It feels like walkiing with two left feet. My instructor says this feeling will go away after a while and that I should just use it for a week until my body gets used to it. She’s convinced that if I give it a chance, I’m going to fall in love with it.

I really like being able to work out on a work out machine at home. I used to have an old exercise bike that my father gave me about seven year ago and knew that it would be breaking down sooner or later. I was very right about that assumption and knew that it would do exactly that kind of thing. I was very happy that I really was able to save enough money to buy very own work out machine at the mall. I was even happier when I was able to get myself a cheap exercise bike to work out on in my own home. I was so happy to buy the cheap exercise bike, knowing that it was no where near as expensive as the other exercise bikes at the mall. I know that my work out machine is very good an durable for the price I paid for it.
